Job Summary

Lead procurement activities within a PMC team for ADNOC projects covering offshore oil & gas and renewable energy. Own procurement strategy and planning, vendor prequalification, ITTs/RFQs, bid evaluation, and technical/commercial clarifications. Support contract negotiations and award recommendations while ensuring compliance with ADNOC procurement policies, ICV requirements, HSE/QA/QC, and anti-corruption governance. Monitor EPC contractor procurement performance, manage risks, budgets, disputes, and reporting.

•Lead procurement activities for the PMC team across ADNOC projects, aligning with ADNOC standards, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
•Develop project procurement strategies and prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long-lead item strategies.
•Manage procurement processes including vendor prequalification (AVL), ITTs/RFQs, bid evaluation reports, and bid clarifications.
•Participate in contract negotiations and support award recommendations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC procurement policies and ICV requirements.
•Monitor procurement performance, manage supplier expediting/delivery, resolve disputes/claims, and provide procurement status reports to ADNOC and project management.

•Strong contract negotiation skills.
•Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements.
