Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement activities for the PMC team across ADNOC projects, aligning with ADNOC standards, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • •Develop project procurement strategies and prepare Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long-lead item strategies.
  • •Manage procurement processes including vendor prequalification (AVL), ITTs/RFQs, bid evaluation reports, and bid clarifications.
  • •Participate in contract negotiations and support award recommendations, ensuring compliance with ADNOC procurement policies and ICV requirements.
  • •Monitor procurement performance, manage supplier expediting/delivery, resolve disputes/claims, and provide procurement status reports to ADNOC and project management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • •20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, including at least 10 years in Procurement Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred).
  • •Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • •Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements.
