Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the RGMx tool across markets
•Continuously test, validate, and refine models to ensure robustness, reliability, and business relevance
•Design and build scalable data science solutions using Python, PySpark, and SQL (optionally R or Julia)
•Work with modern cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks, integrating multiple data sources and optimizing data pipelines
•Monitor and improve model performance in production, ensuring scalability and long-term sustainability (MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning)

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience applying advanced analytics to pricing, sales, and revenue optimization, from prototype to measurable impact
•University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
•Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, statsmodels) and strong SQL skills
•Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (regression, classification, time series, clustering, explainable AI) and their practical application
•Experience with cloud and big data environments (Microsoft Azure, Apache Spark) and familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow)
•Good knowledge of software engineering best practices (Git, testing, CI/CD)
•Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
•Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
•Understanding of FMCG market dynamics and sell-out (POS) data
