Key Responsibilities

  • •Run press brake for forming and/or punching operations.
  • •Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
  • •Inspect completed workpieces for defects using Workmanship Standards and complete inspection logs.
  • •Read work orders to determine specifications and test/adjust the machine using gauges and hand tools.
  • •Install and align punches, dies, or other fixtures in machine rams or beds using gauges, shims, and hand tools.
