Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, training, deployment, and operation of large-scale AI applications for batch and streaming workloads with low latency and high reliability.
  • •Spearhead LLM agents, realtime anomaly detectors, and other breakthrough AI solutions that solve real-world problems in the payments domain.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and data science to refine requirements, make principled architecture choices, and measure business value with data-driven metrics.
  • •Mentor and inspire teammates in a collaborative, experimentation-driven environment where research meets production excellence.
  • •Architect end-to-end production AI systems at global scale, with monitoring, retraining loops, and governance to minimize drift and cost while maximizing AI impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML; MS or PhD in relevant fields
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and Java
  • •Proven mastery of modern AI/LLM workflows (prompt engineering, fine tuning with LoRA, RLHF) and online/offline testing
  • •Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, scalable inference stacks, vector search, and orchestration/MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, Airflow)
  • •Demonstrated success deploying production AI systems with monitoring, retraining triggers, and cross-functional collaboration
