•Lead the financial reconciliation process: oversee the end-to-end reconciliation of complex cloud invoices, ensuring alignment with internal usage, program budgets, and contract terms.
•Serve as a PMO liaison and reporting expert: deliver clear, program-specific financial reports to PMO leadership, acting as a subject matter expert in cloud billing for cross-functional teams.
•Drive compliance in contract funding and invoicing operations: monitor contract funding, expenditure thresholds, and facilitate compliant invoicing per FAR regulations.
•Utilize advanced data analysis tools and methodologies for insight: leverage spreadsheets, dashboard visualizations, and other tools to streamline analytics and reporting processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 102,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree.
•8+ years of overall related experience.
•Active Top Secret clearance; ability to obtain SCI.
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in billing, invoicing or financial analysis in support of US government.
•Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
