Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite and offsite Cadence RTL to GDS Solutions for local/global customers to improve performance, power, and area and deliver latest technology such as 3DIC.
  • •Work closely with the R&D team to escalate product issues and resolve technical challenges.
  • •Demonstrate Cadence technology and establish Cadence as a key contributor to customer success.
  • •Collaborate with team members and independently manage tasks while maturing into a strong team member.
  • •Lead team projects and initiatives, contributing to the product engineering process and roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience collaborating with R&D teams to escalate product issues and drive solutions.
  • •Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members.
  • •Experience delivering technology such as 3DIC.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills to mature into a team lead.
  • •Familiarity with RTL to GDS flows or Cadence tooling is a plus.
