Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify test requisitions and patient identification; resolve unusual test orders by coordinating with physicians, pathologists, nursing stations, and reference labs.
  • •Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity using aseptic and isolation procedures.
  • •Track specimens and maintain quality results by recording outcomes in quality-control logs and reporting KPI changes biweekly.
  • •Manage PSC operations including scheduling, draw status communication, phlebotomy program administration, and vendor coordination.
  • •Oversee equipment and compliance, report SPI/CAPA/NCR issues, support onboarding/training of phlebotomists, and maintain required training status.

Key Requirements
