Job Summary

Serve as a field-based scientific expert in the UAE, building trusted relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, and KOLs while delivering balanced, evidence-based oncology education. Support biosimilar oncology adoption through scientific exchange, advisory boards, and medical education. Drive medical insights by capturing prescribing and access trends, partnering on formulary/tender and payer discussions, and representing the company at congresses—while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders across the UAE, including identifying and mapping KOL networks.
•Deliver accurate, balanced, evidence-based scientific presentations and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely and compliant manner.
•Act as the scientific expert for oncology products, participating in scientific discussions, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives.
•Provide scientific support for formulary inclusion, tenders, and payer discussions; collaborate with market access teams on health authority interactions.
•Capture and analyze field insights on prescribing trends and access barriers, provide strategic recommendations, represent the company at congresses, and ensure compliance including pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc Pharmacy or equivalent preferred).
•Strong scientific knowledge in oncology.
•Understanding and application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research principles.
•Minimum 3–5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including Medical Affairs/MSL experience.
•Proven oncology experience and biosimilars experience preferred; UAE market experience essential.
