Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges, translate requirements into solutions, and deliver problem-solution fit as a Celonis product and domain expert.
  • •Prototype and build creative solutions for customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies and Celonis capabilities.
  • •Execute proof-of-value projects end-to-end, aligning solutions with customers’ AI strategy and quantifying business value for senior executives.
  • •Support agentic process transformation to drive real ROI at scale and ensure successful value realization and adoption.
  • •Stay involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached, and contribute reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with excellent academic performance.
  • •Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and/or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
  • •Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical, creative problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
