Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage HR activities and regular business operations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations; adjust to changes as required.
  • •Provide visible HR presence to leaders and assigned team, enabling real time engagement to think critically and provide solutions.
  • •Problem solve quickly and navigate to a solution on the fly.
  • •Support employee population by managing employee relations, analyzing trends, and translating it back to the business; use data as signals to inform decisions.
  • •Prepare and maintain accurate HR-related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • •In-depth knowledge of Human Resource laws, strategies, policies, and practices within the state of California
  • •Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on issues
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • •Hands on experience with Workday HCM and other modules
