Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability for core products.
  • •Enhance observability and monitoring to deliver accurate alerts and improve incident detection.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response, and ensure post-mortems and RCAs drive systemic improvements.
  • •Optimize and modernize deployment pipelines and automation workflows to maximize engineering velocity and operational safety.
  • •Partner with product development teams for infrastructure support, reviewing architectural changes, and promoting reliability best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps supporting production SaaS applications.
  • •Strong AWS core services proficiency (EC2, VPC, S3) plus experience with Serverless and managed Kubernetes (EKS).
  • •Experience writing and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • •Familiarity configuring and troubleshooting data layers such as MongoDB, Redshift, and OpenSearch (GCP/Firebase technologies like Firestore is a plus).
  • •Experience modernizing CI/CD and deployment workflows using Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
  • •Deep understanding of Linux fundamentals and Unix shell scripting; ability to read and debug JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive technical decisions and establish operational standards.
