Serve as the Malaysia payroll subject matter expert, leading country-specific payroll implementations from discovery through go-live. Ensure compliance with Malaysia legislation and best practices while partnering with a Payroll Project Manager on governance, timelines, and delivery. Lead workshops, advise customers, validate payroll configuration with Product and Engineering, run testing and parallel payrolls, and support first-payroll readiness. Own implementation playbooks and guide Sales and Presales on payroll requirements.
