Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize daily eCommerce payment operations, including transaction monitoring, issue tracking, and reporting.
  • •Define and track payment KPIs and SLAs, monitor daily performance, and analyze anomalies and funnel drop-offs to recommend optimizations.
  • •Support payment-related projects, enhancements, and integrations, coordinating with Global IT and PSPs, and participating in UAT/DRY runs before production release.
  • •Serve as first-level escalation for payment issues in EM markets; coordinate incident resolution with IT and PSPs and ensure timely ticket closure and outage workarounds.
  • •Perform daily/weekly reconciliation between payment gateways and OMS and between bank settlements and reported transactions; investigate discrepancies, support month-end/audits, and monitor settlement cycles and payouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, Payments, or FinTech operations.
  • •Experience working with payment gateways or financial systems (preferred).
  • •Experience using analytics and monitoring tools to track payment performance, checkout funnel drop-offs, and platform KPIs.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation, payment reporting, and large dataset analysis; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
