Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for EA support matters, coordinating onboarding, training, and knowledge hubs.
  • •Support senior executives by proactively managing email and diary and serving as a liaison with clients, third parties, peers, and direct reports.
  • •Prepare and coordinate internal and external meetings, including catering, equipment, and logistical requirements; draft communications as requested.
  • •Plan and coordinate travel and submit company expenses.
  • •Oversee and coordinate key projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven broad experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders in complex assignments.
  • •Exceptional organizational and workload management skills with the ability to focus on strategic priorities.
  • •Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage complex projects from planning through delivery.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with all levels of seniority; fluent English.
