Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as central integrator between airport data center systems and other stakeholders to provide communications with frontline duty CX team leaders.
  • •Provide ongoing performance monitoring and implement strategies to address passenger service issues.
  • •Coordinate on-site resources and respond to issues on duty with accountability for AOCC-relevant documentation and transparency.
  • •Ensure frontline teams address and prioritize requests within the agreed KPI structure (where relevant).
  • •Work shift rota covering 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, including statutory holiday periods, and provide training/guidance to new personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 5 years’ experience within an airport operations environment.
  • •At least 2 years work experience as a data analyst, system analyst, business analyst, or information analyst.
  • •Experience with performance analysis, management reporting, and attribution.
  • •Up to 2 years supervisory or team leader experience.
  • •Proven experience using customer service, tracking, or rostering/scheduling systems.
