Job Summary

Lead delivery and day-to-day management for the Global Automation program within WPP’s Automation Operations Centre. Reporting to the AI & Automation Product Manager and AAI Team Lead, you’ll coordinate a crew of developers and testers to configure, adapt, and extend automation products for market rollouts. Own stakeholder requirements gathering, agile artifact management, sprint and timeline tracking, QA oversight, and implementation metrics to ensure launches meet global standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a small crew of developers and testers to configure, adapt, extend, and implement existing automation products for market rollouts.
•Coordinate with global AOC and market stakeholders to gather and document local requirements.
•Maintain agile project artifacts (Briefs, PRDs, Charters, Architecture, Specs, Sprint Plans) and keep documentation accurate.
•Track sprint progress and project timelines, documenting deviations and supporting clarity on plans.
•Oversee market-specific configuration quality with testers to ensure performance and security standards before launch, and contribute to implementation metrics reporting.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in technical project coordination, implementation management, or a related technical operations role.
•Experience delivering sprint-based work in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
•Strong understanding of Automation and AI concepts; experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
•Familiarity with Finance or HR back-office systems and business processes (desirable).
•Proficiency with project/sprint tracking tools such as Jira, Wrike, or MS Planner; advanced English communication skills required.
