Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the expansion product roadmap across the GCC and beyond with visibility into subsequent markets.
  • •Diagnose why merchants drop off between signup and first order and ship product changes to close the gap.
  • •Drive payments and compliance work per market, including know-your-customer flows, gateway integrations, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Decide what core functionality stays shared vs. what adapts per market, owning investment priorities.
  • •Define and track market progress metrics (e.g., time to first order, activation rate, ninety-day retention) and build measurement where benchmarks don’t exist.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management with meaningful ownership in ambiguous/early-stage contexts.
  • •Proven experience leading product for market expansion/geographic rollout, ideally involving adapted payments, compliance, or onboarding across regulations.
  • •Deep understanding of merchant activation dynamics, including diagnosing drop-off by market and driving changes that improve activation rate.
  • •Payments and know-your-customer fluency as a product problem, including gateway integrations and document flows.
  • •Arabic fluency is required; Gulf residency or prior regional experience is preferred, and relocation to Saudi Arabia is required.
