Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and oversight of curriculum development efforts supporting the RSNF training modernization program.
  • •Serve as the senior functional authority for curriculum development, providing strategic direction, production guidance, and technical oversight through the instructional systems development lifecycle.
  • •Establish production priorities and provide strategic scheduling guidance for curriculum products, SOPs, handbooks, technical reports, and other deliverables.
  • •Perform senior-level quality assurance reviews as the final internal approval authority for curriculum deliverables prior to customer submission.
  • •Direct front-end analysis (FEA) and present findings/recommendations to customer stakeholders; support kickoff meetings, manage customer engagement, and oversee delivery-ready curriculum packages.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed and/or OCONUS teams supporting multiple concurrent projects, including workload prioritization, resource planning, schedule management, and production tracking.
  • •Ability to travel OCONUS/passport.
  • •Ability to provide senior-level quality assurance reviews as final internal approval authority for curriculum deliverables.
  • •Demonstrated ability to direct front-end analysis (FEA) activities and provide final technical approval of analysis products before customer review.
