Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, Review & Negotiate a variety of agreements (license, professional services, consulting, statements of work, resale, distribution, sales, and licensing) to keep deals moving.
  • •Provide commercial legal support and in-house training on legal topics for business units.
  • •Monitor regulatory and legal developments in technology, AI, IP, and data privacy and analyse their impact on Adobe.
  • •Lead knowledge management and drive departmental projects to improve legal processes and efficiency.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools for contract analysis, research, and document drafting as part of daily workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years PQE and admitted to the Bar Association (Romania)
  • •Foundational knowledge or strong interest in commercial, technology, or IP law
  • •Ability to translate complex legal concepts into plain language for business teams
  • •Strong drafting, communication, and attention to detail; capable of providing timely commercial advice
  • •English and Romanian proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a genuine advantage
