Job Summary

Lead hands-on functional delivery for SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) in service-to-cash and order-to-cash transformations. Configure SD and CS processes, support CS–SD integration, assist with ECC-to-S/4 conversion or greenfield implementations, and contribute to fit-to-standard workshops, testing, UAT support, data migration validation, and hypercare. Coordinate end-to-end integration across MM, WM/EWM, TM, PM, and FI/CO teams and maintain functional documentation using SAP Activate.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including sales order management, pricing/condition techniques, delivery/shipping/billing, and basic credit management exposure.
•Configure and support SAP CS processes including service notifications and service orders, service contracts and warranties, and resource-related billing; support CS–SD integration for service and billing processes.
•Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations, applying S/4HANA SD/CS simplifications including Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
•Assist in fit-to-standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification; work closely with MM, WM/EWM, TM, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
•Prepare and execute testing (unit/SIT), support UAT and defect resolution, assist with data migration validation, and provide cutover and hypercare troubleshooting; document issues, resolutions, and process changes.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and SAP CS (Service Management).
•At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
•Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.
•Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD configuration, CS integration with SD and FI, and Business Partner (BP) concepts.
•Exposure to S/4HANA Service Management or FSM; knowledge of LeanIX and Signavio is a plus.
