HR Business Partner

Partner with business and site leadership to implement HR policies and programs that improve employee relations, performance management, and talent retention. Oversee HR initiatives including wage & salary administration, benefits and compensation, orientation and training, labor relations, and compliance (including Affirmation Action planning). Supervise HR staff, conduct data analysis for business decisions, and counsel managers and employees to reduce legal and compliance risk while driving succession planning.
