Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of Windows-based systems.
  • •Perform routine system administration tasks including patch management, backups, and scheduled updates.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, system errors, user access, and connectivity.
  • •Support the configuration, deployment, and tuning of business applications on Windows platforms and implement security controls and hardening.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •1–4 years of relevant experience in Windows system administration and enterprise IT support.
  • •Strong proficiency in Windows (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
  • •Experience with Active Directory and AD management, including local user/group management and permissions.
  • •Familiarity with performance monitoring, log analysis, incident diagnostics, and troubleshooting hardware, OS, and network connectivity.
