Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business success from a technology perspective by managing install base and application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks.
  • •Manage definition and implementation of processes and applications to meet customer requirements for productivity and leading-edge technology using Applied Materials products.
  • •Own install base application performance by optimizing tool utilization, driving local capability and knowledge, and executing continuous improvement plans (CIP).
  • •Manage process roadmaps at customer sites and present technology and product roadmaps internally and externally.
  • •Support installations and warranty periods as required to achieve CPS and/or best-known process performance, including training local support resources.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with strong expertise in CMP processes.
  • •Experience in process optimization, tool matching, and process validation.
  • •Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate across global teams and engage customers.
  • •Willingness to travel for customer support: up to 20% domestic travel within Taiwan and up to 10% international travel.
