Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advisory and strategic interpretation of completed market research findings, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • •Design and drive value proposition enhancements to keep affluent offerings competitive, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs.
  • •Guide segment and product teams in building quick wins, medium-term initiatives, and long-term development roadmaps to support growth and profitability.
  • •Lead execution oversight to ensure recommended actions are implemented effectively across business functions.
  • •Conduct competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting, value proposition design, or similar fields.
  • •Experience interpreting insights and translating them into strategic recommendations, including competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within the premium segment.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
