Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and support the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
  • •Drive improvements in preventive and planned maintenance programs and continuously apply and improve TPM methodologies.
  • •Identify root causes of equipment failures and recurring issues, enabling sustainable corrective actions.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and improve maintenance KPIs, defining and implementing action plans as needed.
  • •Partner closely with production, process engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared operational goals, using Lean to reduce losses and inefficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, Maintenance).
  • •Experience in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or technical operations.
  • •Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • •Knowledge of preventive and planned maintenance principles and best practices, including practical TPM experience.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions, with English and Hungarian fluency.
