Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical pre- and post-sales engagements for automotive manufacturing customers, translating AI strategies into measurable value. •Understand customer AI strategies and sector challenges, matching problems to solutions and translating requirements into impactful AI initiatives.
•Drive technical pre-sales and post-sales execution, including discovery, demos, and guiding implementation through agreed value and adoption thresholds.
•Rapidly prototype using cutting-edge AI technologies during customer hackathons to address supply chain, manufacturing, and warranty/quality pain points.
•Architect and execute proof-of-value projects, delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails integrated with enterprise data and identity protocols.
•Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for automotive manufacturing, scaling domain expertise across OEM and Tier-1 suppliers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years leading end-to-end technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements within manufacturing and production, including defining AI roadmaps and guiding implementations to value realization.
•Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes, with experience in areas like asset management, supply chain, quality control, or capital projects.
•Solid Python knowledge and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools for large-scale industrial data.
•Strong presentation and storytelling skills for C-level executives and operational leaders, including leading whiteboarding sessions, readouts, and live demos.
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
