Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HBM production equipment to ensure stable operation and improved efficiency.
  • •Support mass production by assisting with tool relocation, installation, and upgrades, and improve tool uptime with Process Engineers.
  • •Maintain and support Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) including OHT/OHS/Stocker/BWS/Sorter/ASRS, collaborating with vendors and IT to resolve issues.
  • •Monitor and optimize HBM critical processes (PCVD, Dry Etch, Photo, WET, CMP) using SPC, inline defect inspection, and data analysis to reduce downtime.
  • •Conduct HBM product failure/quality analysis (PFA/EFA), identify root causes, and collaborate cross-functionally (PI/Product/Test/MRB).

Key Requirements

  • •STEM education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • •Operators/Assistant Engineers: high school or associate degree or above; Shift Engineers: bachelor’s degree or above (preferred).
  • •Willingness to work rotating shifts (4-on-3-off / 3-on-4-off) and occasional weekend duty, including cleanroom work.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork mindset, and proactive, resilient problem-solving attitude.
  • •High motivation to learn semiconductor equipment and advanced manufacturing technologies.
