Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and conduct connected studies and establish data acquisition mechanisms to build a governed user intelligence body for product planning and decisions.
  • •Lead rapid testing across the product development lifecycle by creating and evolving research agents and research platforms.
  • •Drive continuous discovery programming by collaborating with research ops and enabling teams to access users for empathy and understanding.
  • •Partner with CX, data scientists, analysts, and designers to define and track domain-specific UX metrics and analyze correlations between user behavior and business success.
  • •Produce actionable insights by triangulating behavioral analytics, quantitative data, and qualitative research, and socialize learnings to stakeholders.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of professional experience in User Experience Research, Data Science, or Customer Experience Research.
  • •At least 4 years of experience aggregating, collecting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • •At least 3 years of experience autonomously leading multi-stakeholder projects or research programs.
  • •Experience leveraging AI tools (Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM) to accelerate insight creation.
  • •Proven track record triangulating multiple data sources (behavioral analytics, survey data, and primary research) to inform product roadmaps.
