Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal and supplier containment actions in collaboration with Operations and Quality, including RCCA investigations for critical quality or delivery issues.
  • •Facilitate supplier kick-off meetings and coordinate stakeholders to develop and implement improvement plans with clear communication through checkpoint gate reviews.
  • •Conduct supplier site identification and prioritize development efforts aligned with risk, impact, and strategic commodity needs, using assessments and maturity models.
  • •Provide leadership and/or support for supplier transitions, ensuring smooth handovers, sustainment monitoring, and re-engagement cycles.
  • •Develop manufacturing process technology tools and standardization, including FMEA and Control Plans, and execute APQP for new product launch and work transition projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed (minimum 50% of time).
  • •Experience in operations/manufacturing, engineering, quality, or supply chain with supplier-facing work.
  • •Ability to conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations for critical quality or delivery issues.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and tools like LOB/WIP trackers, Clear to Build, and milestone charts.
