  • •Own how agents connect to the CRM and data warehouse, including data visibility and permitted actions.
  • •Implement guardrails like human-in-the-loop reviews and transparent permissioning for critical decisions.
  • •Set a multi-year roadmap for the revenue tech stack and evaluate consolidation opportunities as tools evolve.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems and managing GTM tech stacks.
  • •Proven track record shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems, comfortable with agent frameworks and current models.
  • •Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams, including architecture, data model, and governance in GTM-heavy environments.
