Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact on assigned projects, diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units based on blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements
