Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational QA tasks including quality inspection, guidelines/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalations for evaluation projects.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system, perform error analysis, and provide feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores and conduct root-cause analysis with the management team.
  • •Track project data and daily output, prepare data analysis/reports, and validate reports and data for stakeholders/partners.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, deliver training to new joiners, and support product knowledge tests with result analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in German and fluent English for communication with German markets and as the working language.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Work experience in search engines and social media platforms, including search-relevant business experience.
  • •Experience with cross-functional work and stakeholder management.
  • •Strong analysis and communication skills with flexibility to support operational needs.
