Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable activities for Brazil, including invoice processing, payment support, expense review, and vendor account management.
  • •Review and verify invoices and financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • •Support payment file preparation, advances processing, and resolution of payment-related issues.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and provide customer service.
  • •Participate in month-end and year-end closing, audit support, and SOX compliance; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement, or other finance-related functions.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • •Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
