Job Summary

Build and optimize enterprise-grade agentic AI orchestration frameworks that enable secure, observable, production-ready AI agents. Lead Gemini and Vertex AI integrations via robust API consumption and model routing, and develop reusable SDKs, reference implementations, and MCP servers. Ensure safety and governance through evaluation, telemetry, and guardrails, while collaborating with engineering teams on secure integrations and performance/scalability improvements for high-performance agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize enterprise-grade agent orchestration frameworks for tool use, memory, RAG, and automation.
•Integrate Gemini models via Vertex AI with secure, scalable API consumption and robust model routing.
•Develop reusable libraries and reference implementations for high-code agents across Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
•Implement observability, evaluation, and safety/governance controls including logging, tracing, telemetry, and prompt injection defenses.
•Support engineering teams with developer enablement: SDKs, documentation, code reviews, and secure integrations with enterprise systems.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience with strong distributed systems and backend architecture background.
•Deep hands-on coding expertise in Python and at least one of Go, Java, or TypeScript.
•Production experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, and agent frameworks.
•Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms such as Vertex AI and Gemini APIs (or OpenAI APIs).
•Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
