Job Summary

Lead the employee benefits consulting practice for a geographic market, owning business performance, client experience, and revenue growth outcomes. Manage Strategic Account Executives through mentorship, strategy reviews, and operational rhythms while supporting retention and new client acquisition. Serve as escalation point and executive sponsor for complex situations and manage house account relationships. Partner with Growth and Sales leaders on planning, metrics, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities, while applying best practices across the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the employee benefits consulting practice in a geographic market, with ultimate responsibility for performance, business operations, and client experience.
•Manage business to achieve client retention and top-line revenue growth targets while monitoring market trends and service expectations.
•Serve as escalation point and executive sponsor for challenging client situations and manage house account relationships.
•Oversee and develop Strategic Account Executives through mentorship, quarterly strategy reviews, bi-weekly check-ins, and hiring support.
•Collaborate with Growth and Sales leaders on business planning, metrics, budgeting, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Salary: USD 99,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits consulting, including leadership responsibilities.
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, JD) is a plus.
•Proven track record managing a consulting practice or business unit with P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth and client retention.
•Strong knowledge of the employee benefits landscape, including plan design, compliance, vendor management, and market trends.
•Prior experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring staff to meet development and professional goals.
