  • •Oversee integrated cost, schedule, and technical objectives by coordinating Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics execution across GMD sites.
  • •Establish and monitor logistics readiness metrics, including spares availability, supply chain performance, and materiel accountability.
  • •Acquire resources for organizational activities and lead process improvements across Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics.
  • •Manage, develop, mentor, and motivate employees and subordinate managers, including hiring, performance management, and workforce planning.
