•Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others
•Directly manage junior level staff

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 175,000 annually

•Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
•6+ years of experience designing railroads/highways/roadways for transportation projects

•Experience with designs and plans production for transportation/civil infrastructure projects including calculations
•Ability to communicate effectively; verbal and written
