Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a South Asia team supporting responsible sourcing assurance and advancement across supply chain programs and factory compliance.
  • •Collaborate with S&R data teams to develop and manage regional annual and quarterly audit plans, ensure audit documentation and reporting are accurate, timely, and uploaded into FFC.
  • •Oversee integration of industry audit reports (e.g., SLCP, BetterWork) into VF’s audit framework and guide compliance strategy based on evolving regulations and standards.
  • •Provide advisory and remediation support to Tier-1, subcontractor, and Tier-2 factories; oversee incident oversight, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop regional staff, assign work based on skills, conduct performance reviews, and ensure auditors obtain and maintain accreditation.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of experience in CSR/sustainability/factory compliance auditing, including 3+ years of team management experience.
  • •BA/BS or equivalent university degree in business or engineering.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in law, labor and social security, and health, safety and environmental auditing.
  • •Up to 50% travel, including occasional international travel.
  • •Fluent English (speaking and writing) with strong organization, communication, and the ability to analyze audit data and present reports.
