Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Revenue Accounting, Business Operations, Sales, and other leads to design, implement, and refine credit and collections policies across revenue and payment streams.
  • •Implement 1st/3rd-party tools and solutions to automate scaled, risk-balanced credit and collections processes.
  • •Manage customer credit processing and maintain accurate customer credit records using ERP systems such as Workday.
  • •Lead global AR and Collections workflows and Dispute Management, driving KPI/SLA performance and clearing disputed invoices for collection.
  • •Track and analyze credit and cash collections, support monthly close as needed, and identify process gaps to simplify and automate manual workflows.
