Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage introduction of new and improved products into the market in coordination with R&D, marketing, and asset management.
  • •Support planning and execution of MPCs and subsequent customer trials/approvals to sustain competitiveness of the product portfolio.
  • •Establish and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders (customers, machine manufacturers, OEMs, opinion makers) to ensure high-quality market intelligence.
  • •Identify and define opportunities for product improvement, recipe cost reductions, and meeting new application needs while responding to competition or regulatory changes.
  • •Support customers in optimizing use of products, including explaining solutions and properties, investigating complaints/processing issues, and ensuring product stewardship data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or technical field.
  • •Prior experience in a technical environment (e.g., R&D, product development, manufacturing, downstream conversion customers).

  • •In-depth knowledge of LyondellBasell’s customers and brand owners, products and applications in the assigned segment.
