Build core machine learning components for real production systems from day one. Improve models and end-to-end pipelines across data, training, evaluation, and inference, including fine-tuning within larger production workflows. Design robust evaluation and testing, debug model and performance issues, and respond to production incidents. Collaborate with senior ML engineers, product, and research teams to deliver reliable, low-latency, cost-aware ML-powered features under real-world constraints.
