•Follow Resort rules and Service Standard Policies and briefings from management.
•Attend daily briefings and submit arrival lists with comments for respective guests.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in a similar role in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels
•customer service and reservations background
•excellent spoken and written English and/or another language
•computer literacy and experience using an Opera system
•Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage
