Lead complex deal structuring and governance to improve quote-to-cash (QTC) operations for Sales, Finance, and Legal. Drive scalable Deal Desk processes, system enhancements, UAT, and business process reengineering while mentoring junior team members and partnering with RevOps to resolve escalations.

•Provide strategic guidance on complex deal structures across software, services, and renewals, including pricing, revenue recognition, and booking policy implications.
•Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting on pricing and discounting strategy to ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with financial targets.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on order management processes, ensuring deal structure fits operational capabilities and downstream system dependencies.
•Act as a QTC SME for system enhancements, UAT, and business process reengineering; identify recurring QTC issues and design scalable solutions.
•Mentor junior Deal Desk and Order Management team members, lead knowledge-sharing/onboarding, and contribute to Deal Desk strategy for scalability and policy adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or B2B organizations in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Pricing Strategy.
•Deep understanding of revenue recognition rules (e.g., ASC 606) and ability to assess booking risk across deal structures.
•Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ systems, plus sales-related tools such as pricing engines and data enrichment platforms.
•Experience structuring complex deals and advising on commercial terms (e.g., Ramp, Clawback, Recontracting, multi-year constructs).
•Hands-on experience supporting pricing and discounting strategy with Sales, Finance, and Accounting, aligning proposals with financial goals and approval policies.
