Supervise day-to-day outlet store operations to deliver operational excellence, brand standards, exceptional customer service, and financial growth. Execute sales strategies, monitor performance against store goals, and coach store associates through effective mentorship and leadership. Requires physical capability for heavy lifting and constant movement on the sales floor.
