Key Responsibilities

•Coach students on biotech strategy, research and development, and medical device development and manufacturing.
•Guide students through clinical trials, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.
•Support market access strategy, patent strategy, and medical device sales to help students build an industry view.
•Provide skill building and application support, including resume and cover letter review and LinkedIn review.
•Prepare students for behavioral and technical interviews and advise on salary negotiation and freelancing.

Key Requirements

•Significant professional experience in biotech or medical devices (industry, clinical, or regulatory).
•Prior mentoring or teaching experience.
•A clear, structured approach to helping students grow their expertise and career.
•Ability to coach students on topics including clinical trials, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.
•Experience supporting students with career materials and interview preparation, including behavioral and technical interviews.
