Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals while building lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and fashion advice. Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and transaction processing.
