Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full life cycle of orders from entry to delivery, domestically and internationally, to achieve highest case fill rates and on-time delivery.
  • •Proactively collaborate with Supply Chain to reduce shortages, late deliveries, and mitigate OTIF deductions.
  • •Address customer shortages, identify root causes, and present recovery options; partner with Transportation to meet truck utilization goals and provide timely updates.
  • •Ensure adherence to order management policies (lead times, minimums, cut-off times) and maintain accurate Customer Master Data to avoid delays.
  • •Develop trusted customer relationships through clear communication, handle high request volumes, maintain account notes, and represent customer interests across departments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.83 - 26.44 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (or equivalent education and experience), required.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
  • •Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
