Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of timely, insightful Executive MI and well-written papers for senior GPS forums and committees.
  • •Shape internal GPS executive financial reporting to align with evolving business needs.
  • •Oversee GPS-related external reporting and investor presentations, including Annual and Interim Report content.
  • •Lead strategic analysis supporting the NII story, management decision-making, and challenge.
  • •Deliver the Financial Resources Plan (FRP), monthly forecasts, and governed stress testing outputs; coordinate support across regional and central finance teams while driving finance digitisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial senior finance experience within financial services with exposure to senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • •Track record delivering accurate reporting and analysis to tight timelines in complex operating environments.
  • •Ability to set direction for teams across multiple locations within a matrix organisation.
  • •Strong communication skills for written papers, executive updates, and visual storytelling through MI.
  • •Relevant financial qualification/certification such as CA, CFA, MA Finance (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
