Job Summary

Lead and coordinate RevOps strategic initiatives by translating business plans into measurable KPIs and actionable insights. •Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives aligned with the business plan, including growth levers and ICP operationalization
•Define, maintain, and analyze commercial KPIs across lifecycle stages, ensuring a single source of truth and deriving action plans
•Partner with RevOps leadership, Finance, and business leaders to define and operationalize the annual revenue model and revenue targets
•Plan and execute AI initiatives aligned to company and GTM strategy across RevOps pillars, coordinating internal and external resources
•Represent RevOps in CRO forums and ensure end-to-end operational alignment across technology, process, execution, and strategy through OKRs and leadership cadence

•Deep expertise in KPI frameworks, forecasting, and revenue modeling
•Strong data capabilities with Excel and ideally SQL/BI tools, working with complex datasets
•Hands-on experience with core RevOps systems such as Salesforce, Clari, Planhat (or similar)
