Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a business partner and key collaborator to Indonesian content and marketing executives.
  • •Provide clear, actionable, and strategic business and legal affairs advice.
  • •Structure, draft, and negotiate content licensing and acquisition deals in Bahasa Indonesia, including original content development and production.
  • •Conduct industry and territory-specific research.
  • •Work cross-functionally to maintain alignment between departments and manage relationships with content/production partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written) to communicate confidently and effectively in both languages.
  • •Experience advising on business and legal issues in the entertainment, media, and/or intellectual property industries.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in Indonesia’s film/television industry (licensing, production, financing, and/or distribution).
  • •Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage a high volume of assignments under tight timeframes.
  • •Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing outside counsel when needed.
